Almaden Lake Homes San Jose

The Martin Group and BRIDGE Housing Corporation jointly master planned this 11.7-acre site in southern San Jose, adjacent to a light rail station and a regional park that encircles Almaden Lake. In an architecturally integrated development, The Martin Group constructed, marketed and sold 84 single-family, detached homes, both affordable and market rate. BRIDGE completed construction and lease-up of 144 apartments for low and very low income families. Residents share a common recreation area which includes a pool, children's play area, community room, and play field. Construction began in 1993 and was completed in 1995. The last home was sold in July 1995.
