| Marin City USA is a 45 acre mixed-use community redevelopment in the Southern portion of Marin County, adjacent to Highway 101. It is comprised of a retail center, 255 mixed-income apartments, and 85 for-sale town homes. The retail component of the project, Gateway Center, is an 185,000 square foot promotional and community retail center, providing grocery, drug, apparel and related services. This center will be surrounded by residential areas, a church, a bus transit station, a new child care center, a rehabilitated wetland area, and parks. Marin City USA is located immediately west of Highway 101 at the intersection of Donahue and Main Streets in Marin City, Marin County, California.
