123 Townsend San Francisco

In July of 1998 The Martin Group acquired 123 Townsend, a 150,000 square feet office building located at 2nd and Townsend Streets directly across from the new PacBell Ballpark in the multi-media gultch of San Francisco. The building currently houses approximately 50 tenants. As this rapidly changing area has evolved into the new frontier of the City's technology and media based companies, we look to enhancing the value of the building through seismic retrofit and an upgrade in use.
