Amy Neches was appointed Managing Partner of PKN Manager LLC in February of 2019. Amy’s focus is the entitlement and development of a luxury condominium project in the Dog Patch neighborhood. From the time of Amy’s hire at TMG Partners in 2012 as Partner, she has specialized in the acquisition and development of projects in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area including entitlement and development of a major Central SOMA office project.
She joined TMG after seventeen years with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, where she served as the Agency’s senior real estate negotiator and manager for developments ranging from complex public-private partnerships to public facilities and retail leases. Amy served as one of the City’s lead negotiators and managers for the 303-acre master planned Mission Bay redevelopment, and completed complex mixed-use projects in the Yerba Buena district.
Prior to TMG: In addition to her work with the Redevelopment Agency, Amy’s prior experience includes positions in real estate lending and affordable housing development in San Francisco, and six years in investment banking in New York, concentrating in mortgage and asset-backed securities.
Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Yale University.
