Nickie Diggs - Managing Director of Asset Management

Nickie Diggs joined TMG in 2025 as Managing Director of Asset Management, bringing more than 15 years of experience in institutional real estate investment and development. As head of asset management, she is responsible for maximizing portfolio value and performance by setting strategy, driving operational excellence, and aligning property-level execution with the firm's overall investment objectives. Her role encompasses oversight of portfolio operations and property management, while also contributing to acquisitions, dispositions, and new business growth.

Prior to TMG, Nickie spent over 7 years at PGIM Real Estate, where she oversaw asset management of a 5.5 million square foot office portfolio spanning the central and western US, driving performance through the creation and execution of asset-level business plans, strategic leasing initiatives, and capital programs. Earlier in her career, Nickie held positions at PCCP, gaining experience across asset types and markets on both the debt and equity side of the business, and at Wareham Development, where she was involved in acquisitions, dispositions, capital structuring, and risk management across a range of life science and office assets and development projects.

Nickie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, where she also competed for the Division 1 Women’s Basketball team.
