Samuel Becerra

Senior Associate

Samuel Becerra, Senior Associate, joined TMG in 2017. He oversees financial analyses, sourcing, due diligence, and structuring of TMG’s real estate projects with specific focus on acquisition and disposition strategies. He is also responsible for various development and asset management activities including budgeting, finance, leasing, construction management and reporting.

Prior to TMG, Sam spent seven years at Public Financial Management (PFM) in San Francisco where he advised municipalities on over $2 billion of financings of capital projects. While at PFM, he specialized in economic development financings tied to real estate projects including Mission Bay and Treasure Island.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Pomona College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in real estate and finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.
